JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a service officer, you will work in Sollefteå Municipality's Citizen Service, located at the Ramsele citizen office.

You are the face of the municipality and represent it in all meetings: via visits, email, chat, phone, and e-services. The work of guiding, advising, and informing in matters related to our various operations is very varied, depending on the time of year or other events occurring in society.

As a service officer, you have the fun and developing task of being the first and initial contact that citizens have with the municipality. This gives you the opportunity to create a sense of trust and confidence and an experience of engagement and quality for the citizen in their contact with us.

The role places high demands on collaboration and cooperation with the administration's officers and departments and representing the municipality towards its citizens. You have the privilege of working with an engaged team where you can contribute with your flexibility, sense of responsibility, and positive team spirit.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good general knowledge and basic understanding of how a municipality works and its significance in society
• Good knowledge of English
• High service level and a passion for helping citizens
• A positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Good conversation and telephone skills
• Very good computer skills, accustomed to working with various systems and knowledgeable about information retrieval
• Easy to collaborate with others
